After the screening of the film HUESERA: THE BONE WOMAN in Prague, the audience will be treated to a brief night presentation of the ethnologist and folklorist, the author of the series of collections of urban legends Černá sanitka, doc. PhDr. Petra Janeček, Ph.D. (Faculty of Philosophy, Charles University). It will present the most interesting folklore narratives on the topic of family relationships. Modern urban legends, demonological rumors, ghost stories, and other collective narratives from around the world with an emphasis on the Czech and Slovak environment of the last decades show the ambivalence of blood and social kinship and its frequent tragic implications.
