Tune in to this year’s Future Gate festival. In the open air cinemas we will see one great cyberpunk legend, BLADE RUNNER. This Friday, August 28th, in the Bio Central Open Air Cinema in Hradec Králové, and September 16th, in Kasárny Karlín in Prague.

In 1982, Ridley Scott introduced the world to the future of 2019, in which the Tyrell Corporation produces replicants, robots indistinguishable from humans. However, some of them have rebelled against their programming. Special Forces member Rick Deckard, played by Harrison Ford, is tasked with finding and neutralizing these replicants. However, during his search, he comes across the question – what does it mean to be human?

The cult sci-fi with an unforgettable 1980s atmosphere still fascinates today with its dark vision of the future, in which the line between man and machine is blurred.
