Future Gate continues in Hodonín, Šumperk, Olomouc and Boskovice

This year’s Future Gate festival is heading to Hodonín (October 16–18), Šumperk (October 17–18), Olomouc (October 19–21), and Boskovice (October 20–21). Audiences in all four cities can look forward to a selection of the highlights from this year’s film lineup.

The lineup includes this year’s festival winner, the stunning Japanese stop-motion animation Junk World. You can also catch the Australian dark comedy Yesterday Island, which won this year’s Future Gate Audience Award.

Sci-fi classics include Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049, Arrival, and our beloved Star Trek: The Motion Picture. And of course, there’s also the iShorts sci-fi short film showcase, which is particularly impressive this year.
